Description
This proposal authorizes a grant of 50,000 XLM from the Quorum Treasury to the Stellar Developer Guild for development of a Quorum SDK and documentation portal.
Deliverables include: a TypeScript SDK for creating and submitting governance proposals, a documentation site, and three integration examples. The grant will be paid in two tranches of 25,000 XLM each.
