Description
This proposal allocates 120,000 XLM from the Quorum Security Reserve for a comprehensive security audit of the Quorum v2 governance contracts and lending protocol by Trail of Bits.
The protocol has grown significantly in TVL ($8.2M) and warrants a second opinion. The audit report will be published publicly.
